Objective of Session
Our approach consists of a three-step sequence designed to empower individuals to manage their challenges and, eventually, find solutions. We begin by fostering the confidence to recognise and identify these challenges. We use expressive therapy, which uses artistic methods such as art, music, and movement therapy to help individuals communicate their emotions and experiences, as an important component of this journey. This therapy method not only makes it easier to identify these difficulties, but it also fosters a deeper exploration of the emotional impact they have. We then dig deeper into a critical examination of these issues. Finally, our trip concludes with the development of practical remedies. Throughout this process, we work together with emotional and mental health specialists to provide assistance in identifying and building the courage to voice the problems and emotional impact that members confront. These issues include a wide range of complex emotions and events, such as insufficient parental attention, responsibility and role reversal, social isolation, future uncertainty, and a lack of support and understanding. We address concepts like guilt, responsibility, jealousy, identity, social dynamics, and ambivalence to provide a thorough and holistic approach to healing and growth.
